Yesterday I ran an internal workshop on navigating peer review, going over the process, and with some activities around sharing:
- nightmares (red stickies on the flowchart)
- dreams (blue stickies on the flowchart)
- sage advice (green stickies on the flowchart)
And then some materials around responding to reviews, including some sample materials.
