For today’s blog I thought I’d take a step back and consider some of the ethical imperative for studying the digital divide.

Key questions:
Are we excluding users, or failing to include them?
Are we trying to shrink an ever increasing divide?
Are we trying to close the right divides?
Does access = accessibility – e.g. does creating Open Education Resources (OER) = Educating?
